How to schedule Instagram posts and reply to comments in 12Bot

Plan your Instagram posts and reply to comments all in one place with the 12Bot content screen.

1. Make sure your Instagram channel is selected at the top, then click Content in the side menu. The content screen shows every post from your Instagram account, with analytics for total posts, engagement, likes and comments.
2. Click Sync Media to bring in your latest posts.
3. Use the date filter to sort posts by today, yesterday, the last 7 days or the last 30 days, or pick a custom range.
4. To reply to a comment, click a post. A window opens showing how many people commented, and you can reply to each one right there.
5. To schedule a post, switch from Posts to Schedule Content. A calendar opens where you can plan by month or by week.
6. Click the date you want. In the window that opens, write your caption, add your photo or video and choose the time.
7. Click Schedule Post.

Your post is scheduled. Click it any time to edit or delete it. Everything stays in one simple place.
