Create a WhatsApp message template and submit it for approval.

  1. From the dashboard, open Messaging, then Templates.
  2. Click Create Template.
  3. Choose a preset that fits your message.
  4. Add your message details and sample values, and check the live preview.
  5. Click Submit for approval. Your template has been submitted.

Pending means Meta is reviewing your template. Once Meta approves it, you can send it to your customers.
