How to build and manage your lead pipeline in 12Bot

Build a pipeline with your own stages and move every lead through it.

Every sale starts with a clear process. Build and manage your lead pipeline with 12Bot.

  1. From your dashboard, open Leads in the sidebar, then click Pipeline Manager. You'll find a ready-made default pipeline with stages like New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted and Lost.
  2. To make your own, click New Pipeline. A fresh pipeline is created for you. Give it a name.
  3. Click Add Stage to add a stage to your pipeline. Name each stage and mark the ones that mean won or lost.
  4. When everything looks right, click Save Pipeline.

Your pipeline is saved, and every lead now moves through the stages you designed.
