How to build an Instagram and Facebook automation in 12Bot

Build an automation so your Instagram and Facebook reply for you, in just a few simple steps.

1. From your dashboard, open the channel switcher and choose Instagram, then click Automations in the side menu. You can see your ready-made and custom automations. Search by name or filter by status, and use More Filters to narrow by scope, trigger, action and follow gate, or to sort the list.
2. For a quick start, click Automation Template and pick a ready-made one. It opens the editor with actions already filled in.
3. Or click New Automation, choose From Scratch, then click Create New Automation.
4. Give your rule a name, choose its scope and add keywords.
5. Add an action, such as a comment reply.
6. Click Create Rule.

Your automation is live and its status is Active. Use the Copy, Delete and Details buttons to manage it, or click New Automation to build another.
